I gather that the owners of Tilehurst Petrol Station are appealing against the Licensing Committee’s decision to restrict late night alcohol sales to service through the night hatch at the petrol station and that the shop itself will be locked after 23:00.

The appeal will be determined by the Magistrate’s Court. No date has yet been set.
